Minimum stay: The holiday home Chiara can be booked for a minimum stay of five nights from April 1st to September 30th, and two nights from October 1st to March 31st.
On the 1st FLOOR: Living room with completely equipped with induction cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, big refrigerator and freezer. Extendible dining table (6 seats) and an extendible couch for 2 people. Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, commode and bedside lockers. Modern bathroom with washbasin, mirror, toilette, bidet and shower. A washing machine is available in a separated storeroom as well. A large balcony is accessible from the living room and also from the bedroom.
On the 2nd FLOOR: Large bedroom with double bed with bedside lockers, a small walk-in cupboard with window and other racks. An electric kattle is available. Large bathroom includes washbasin, mirror, toilette, bidet and shower. The roofed terrace offers a wonderful view of the church square and of the sea (Golfo di Oristano).
On the ground floor, next to the front door, there is a small room with a hand and foot wash basin and a drying rack for swimming gear and beach towels.
Completely renovated in modern style. Heating, air-conditioning, LED-TV and WiFi available. Linen are set at your disposal.
Travel bed for babies, high chair and potty available on request.
The apartment is only accessible via stairs; therefore it is not wheelchair accessible.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
This holiday apartment is perfect for: couples, families with 2 – 4 children. Please be advised that the two floors can be used autonomously as they have separated access from the staircase. At the same time the two floors create a single object when the doors are open.
