A comfortable retreat in Sardinia

The small farming village of Seneghe in Sardinia is nestled among olive groves, just as you soon will be in one of our cozy holiday apartments. They have recently been renovated and offer you every comfort.

Enjoy quietness and serenity, culinary discoveries, and stunning beaches with turquoise waters on the nearby Sinis Peninsula. The holiday apartments are located in the very centre of Seneghe (OR), a traditional Sardinian village of about 2000 inhabitants at 305 m above sea level.

Important Information

Minimum stay: all lodgings can be booked for a minimum stay of five nights from April 1st to September 30th, and two nights from October 1st to March 31st.
The rates include electricity consumption. The rates do not include the final cleaning and the tourist tax, if owed.
A weekly change of linens is included.
Parking: Public parking spaces are available in sufficient quantity near the apartments. You can also park for free in the owner’s garage nearby. However please keep in mind that the four parking spaces here are arranged in a sequence and not parallel! For this reason the guests of each apartment have to organise themselves with the guests of the other apartments.
Check-in: every day from 3:00 pm.
Check-out: from Monday to Saturday within 10:00 AM.
Bookings are valid only prior written confirmation and and full payment.
Cancellation policy: up to 30 days prior arrival free of charge. up to 10 days prior arrival we charge 50% of the total amount must be paid. in case of cancellation after that, early departure or no-show we charge 100% of the accommodation price. We suggest you take out a cancellation insurance.

Garden "Andrea" with barbecue area

Just a few steps from the apartments Chiara and Laura, you’ll find the small, cozy garden Andrea – a retreat for relaxation and enjoyment. Here you can comfortably hang your washing out during the day and in the evening, the garden becomes the perfect setting for delightful aperitifs and atmospheric barbecue nights.

You can choose between a charcoal or a gas barbecue and the large worktop provides plenty of room for all your preparations.

Dinner among the olive groves

Enjoy free access to the olive grove, just 2 km from the village. Under an ancient wild olive tree, a big stone table for about 25 people invites you to relax – offering a stunning view of Seneghe, the Mare di Sardegna, and breathtaking sunsets.

Upon request, we can reserve this unique location for an unforgettable dinner. If desired, a local family can prepare the traditional Sardinian suckling pig under your eyes.
