Minimum stay: The holiday home Chiara can be booked for a minimum stay of five nights from April 1st to September 30th, and two nights from October 1st to March 31st.

Bedrooms: double bedroom with fully equipped bathroom on the first floor; on the first floor, double bedroom and large gallery with a second double bed (140cm)
Bathrooms: two modern bathrooms with shower and bidet. A washing machine is available as well.
Next to the front door there is a small storage room with windows.
The holiday apartment was completely renovated in Sardinian style. Heating, air-conditioning, LED-TV and WiFi available. Linen are set at your disposal.
Travel bed for babies, high chair and potty available on request.
The apartment is only accessible via stairs; therefore it is not wheelchair accessible.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
This holiday apartment is perfect for couples and families with 2 – 4 children.
Please be advised that there is no door dividing the main bedroom from the double bed in the gallery on the first floor. Therefore your privacy is ensured only by a curtain in the bedroom.
The ground floor offers perfect privacy. The two floors can be used independently as they have separate access from the stairwell.
20 m away you find the small GARDEN ANDREA with barbecue area, where you can also wash and hang out washing and bath towels.
